WOW. Try this place! This tiny little restaurant seats a small amount of customers but offer amazing hand rolls. I don't usually like handrolls because I feel like they fall apart. It is a personal lack of experience, i'm sure. My son has been here several times and he did the honor of ordering most of the dishes. The Kobe roll was AMAZING. We ended up having a couple each.

This place is worth a try! While the place is small itself, it makes interacting so much more easier and fun especially if you're seated at the bar area. As for service, it was pretty chill. I would say the whole experience mainly focuses on interaction and the eating experience as a whole. I decided to try their salmon hand roll, creamy scallop hand roll, and I believe the albacore hand roll. While the portion is very small for the price (~$7-$8), the quality of the fish and other ingredients were fresh and tasty. My favorite hand roll has to be the creamy scallop! Additionally, I decided to try the wagyu hand roll. This was my first time trying wagyu and it lived to its expectations. It was soft and buttery and melted in my mouth.

The rolls were excellent. I did the 4 rolls and oyster shooter and a beer. It was all good and staff was fun. Food was fresh and tasty.

Decided to try this place around lunch time ~1PM and we were the only ones that was seated at a table. Decided to order between the two of us, pork belly fries to share, and 3-4 hand rolls for each of us. The hand rolls averaged ~$7 each, give or take for scallops and other fishes. The food tasted delicious! I really enjoyed my salmon and salmon skin HRs. The seaweed was crisp and the protein was fresh. The pork belly fries was SO good! The fries were crispy and I just think the unagi/mayo combo + pork belly is a win win. The restaurant seating area itself is very tiny...so I'm not sure if it ever gets packed, with a long wait. There is also a bar area. Overall, I'm so glad we tried the place. We will definitely come back. The prices are reasonable and I hope they get more customers!
